Shipping & Payment Information

When will my order ship?

Once your payment has been securely verified, it will take less than one hour to package and ship your order. Orders made after 5pm PST Monday thru Friday will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you place an order any time after 2pm PST on a Saturday, your order will be shipped out on Monday.

How long does shipping take?

USA Shipping Times:

Standard: 3-5 days

Priority: 2-3 days

Express: 1-2 days

International Shipping Times

Standard 10-20 days

Priority 6-10 days

Express 3-6 days

**All of these shipping times are estimates. These days are considered 'business days' which is Monday thru Saturday and does not include Sundays or holidays.**

Will I have to pay international import taxes & duties?

**International Customers Only**

Your order will be subject to import taxes and duties once it arrives in your country. These fees are based on the original purchase amount of your order. Please contact your country’s customs office for specific amounts and percentages that you may be charged. Noble has no control over any fees that you will be charged and is not responsible for any taxes and duties added onto your shipment. You will be responsible for paying any import taxes and duties in order for customs to clear your package for delivery.

 

I need to make a change to my order. How do I do that?

 

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.

 

How can I track my order?

Once we have shipped your order, our system will automatically email you your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update properly. If you did not receive your tracking information please contact us and we will happily email it to you.

Why was my order cancelled?

 If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud detection system flagged your order as being possibly fraudulent. If you believe it was an error on our part, please try to place your order again with Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay or an Google Pay account.
