We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll make it easy to fix.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

What's Eligible

Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached. Please hold onto tags for that first month.

All Sale, Sample, and Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

Signature Innovation Group covers shipping costs on all exchanges that meet our policy. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs on non-exchange returns are not covered.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days from the date we receive your item for processing.

Shipping Your Return

Return packages remain your responsibility until received by Signature Innovation Group. We recommend using a registered, trackable shipping service. Once a package leaves your hands, liability for its transit rests with the carrier.

A Note on Disputes

Signature Innovation Group reserves the right to make final decisions on all returns and exchanges.
