To Submit a Repair Request

Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the repair needed. Attach at least one photo of the affected area so we can determine the best course of action.

Garment Condition

Per California state law, all garments submitted for repair must be clean. Please launder your garment before sending it in.

What We Cover

We will repair any damage to a Signature product for the life of the garment, provided the materials needed for the repair are still available and the damage is within a reasonable scope of repair. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out and we'll talk through your options.

Shipping

Signature Innovation Group covers shipping both ways on repairs involving manufacturer defects. For damage resulting from use outside of normal wear, the repair itself remains complimentary — the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Signature Innovation Group makes the final determination on what constitutes a manufacturer defect. Our goal is always to be reasonable and keep you in your Signature pieces.

Upon confirmation of your repair claim, we will provide a prepaid shipping label where applicable.
