If your Signature Innovation Group product(s) needs a repair:
Include: your name, order number, and reason for the repair.
Important: include at least one picture of the affected area. This will help us determine the ideal prescriptions for action.
Clean garments: please note per California State law, garments sent in for repair must be clean, so if worn please launder your garment before mailing it.
Guarantee and Responsibility: Signature products are made to be staple items that live on and demonstrate quality. For these reasons, we will repair damages to the product for the life of the product, as long as 1) We still have access to the materials and fabrics needed for the repair. 2) The product isn’t damaged beyond a state that can reasonably be expected to be repaired. If you are not certain as to whether or not an item can be repaired, just reach out to us and we’ll discuss what options may be available.
Shipping: Shipping will be covered by Signature when a product is clearly defective in a way that is unintended by Signature Innovation Group. If the product becomes damaged through usage outside of manufacturer defects, we will still repair the product at no charge for the repair but the cost of shipping will be forwarded to the customer. Signature Innovation Group will make the final determination as to what constitutes an unintended defect. Our goal is to be as reasonable as possible and ensure customers are able to enjoy Signature items.
Upon confirmation of the terms of a return claim, Signature Innovation Group will provide the customer with a shipping label.
You can return or exchange a product within 30 days of delivery under the following circumstances below.
All items purchased on Sale, as Samples, or discounted, are final and may not be returned or exchanged unless expressly stated otherwise. All Sales Final with Sale, Sample, and Clearance items.
Signature Innovation Group covers shipping costs for exchanges that meet Signature Innovation Group’s Returns and Exchanges policy. Signature does not return shipping and other miscellaneous fees associated with the original order or return shipping on items.
Items must be in new/original condition with all tags that initially accompany the item, so please hang onto all tags for that first month. Products on returns orders that arrive wrinkled, disheveled, or not folded will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds for acceptable returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Processing a refund takes 5-7 business days from when Signature Innovation Group receives the product.
Return packages are your responsibility until Signature Innovation Group receives them.
It is recommended that you take the necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
Upon dispute, Signature Innovation Group reserves the right to decide on all returns.
